POLICIES
BOOKING POLICY
Upon booking a £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will stay on your account as a rolling deposit.
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 72 hours before your appointment and your deposit will remain on your account.
If you need to cancel with less than 72 hours notice, your £20 deposit will be used as a cancellation fee, and a new £20 deposit will be required for your next booking.
For cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will simply roll over to your next appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
We know life can get busy, but if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t attend your appointment, 100% of the treatment price will be due minus the £20 deposit. A new £20 deposit will be required for any future bookings.

LATE POLICY
Please ensure you are always on time for your appointments, I understand things can happen, however this interferes with your treatment. I must stick to my time schedule so all appointments will still end at their scheduled time, so my next clients are not delayed. Depending on how late you are this may mean I cannot provide the full treatment due to timing, and full payment must still be made.
GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
All gift vouchers are non-refundable, they will not be accepted after the expiry date. Please ensure you bring the gift voucher to your appointment for this to be deducted from the treatment cost.

SILENT TREATMENT
In support of mental health we offer silent treatments. Exactly the same treatment, but no conversation except any treatment related questions. We want every single client coming to us to feel comfortable and relaxed! Simply let us know you would like a silent treatment or pop "silent treatment" on the booking note online.

PHOTO POLICY
At all treatments we will take before & after pictures for insurance purposes and also so we can look at your skin progress. However we understand not all clients will be comfortable with pictures being posted on social media which we completely understand. On your facial consultation forms which are emailed prior to your appointment, there is a questions asking if you consent to treatment result pictures being shared on social media, please let us know here or just let me know at your appointment.
